Revival Before Jesus’ Arrival

Introduction: What should we be doing in light of Jesus coming again?

Reaching out is the answer. But how? Here are at least three ways we can REACH OUT and touch someone.

1. REACH OUT and TOUCH SOMEONE who is hurting and needs healing! (Gal. 6:1) – “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”

Do you believe that anybody can fall? Do you feel like somebody ought to pick them up? What about everybody ought to watch your step?

2. REACH OUT and TOUCH SOMEONE who needs helping! (Gal. 6:2) – “Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”

Are you carrying a heavy load? Will you help carry someone’s burdens?

3. REACH OUT and TOUCH SOMEONE who is hurting and needs hope! (Gal. 6:9) – “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Do you know anyone who has lost hope? Remember, hope deferred makes the heart sick (Proverbs 13:12). Solomon wrote, “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick.” Furthermore, he said, “when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.”
Do you feel hopeless about a situation? Are you ready to quit? Give up? Friendly reminder: we are not home yet!

Conclusion: These are practical pointers to revival before Jesus Christ’s arrival. Look over the list again and see if any apply to you.
