Introduction: Where is our mission field? It is wherever we are located. That means Walmart, the gas station, the neighborhood, or our home.

Don’t forget, we are witnesses.

1. A Christian Witness is someone who testifies to what Jesus Christ has done! (2Cor 5:20)

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.”

The word “ambassador” is πρεσβεύω which means a representative. That is a great responsibility to represent Jesus Christ! How are you doing?

2. A Christian Witness is someone who demonstrates a Changed life! (2Cor 5:17)

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Jesus makes the difference. Can others see Jesus in you?

3. A Christian Witness is someone who is motivated by the love of Christ! (2Cor 5:14,15)

“For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead.”

2Co 5:15 – “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto them selves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.”

What a motivation? The love of Christ!

Conclusion: Are you a witness? What kind? We represent the One & Only Jesus Christ! Therefore, we are on missions.
